Elyse continues to be in full time practice with Dr Jenny Buck and Dr David Cree at Lakes ob /gyn. The Lakes is conveniently located at 6401 Prairie St Ste 2100 near the Lakes Mall. We have 2 additional locations. One at the Hackley Professional building at 1675 Leahy Street, Suite 312 B, attached to Hackley Hospital. A 3rd location is now available in Spring Lake at Mill Point Health Center, 601 W. Savidge St. Elyse sees pts at the Lakes office and the 312 B offices, both in Muskegon. Remember, most insurances allow patients to self refer for their annual physicals. Check with your insurance plan. This means you can see Elyse for your annual women’s health exam and still see your family doctor for other ongoing health needs. Please call for an appointment. Family Nurse practitioner

Elyse completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Michigan State University in May and now adds this to her credentials. This will allow her to meet more of your primary care needs.
