A Welcomed New Addition
 
The practice welcomes the addition of Dr. Kristina Vandermark . Kristina comes to us from her practice in Escanaba, MI. Originally from Rockford, MI, she returns to the area with her husband and daughter. Welcome, Kristina! The Lakes is conveniently located at 6401 Prairie St near the Lakes Mall. We also have a second location at the Hackley Professional building at 1675 Leahy Street, Suite 312 B. Call 231-727-7939 for an appt at either location.

Remember, most insurances allow patients to self refer for their annual physicals. This means you can see Elyse for your annual women’s health exam and still see your family doctor for other ongoing health needs. Please call for an appointment. Family Nurse practitioner

Elyse completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Michigan State University in May and now adds this to her credentials. This will allow her to meet more of your primary care needs.
